Before

Finance ran on one person, who then left. Up to 175 invoices a month were typed in by hand, suppliers were paid twice, and invoices got lost between email, paper and WhatsApp.

The agent

Takes invoices from any channel, reads and classifies them, matches each one to its site, and flags a duplicate before it gets paid. It also chases late payments and expiring licences.

Engineers approve each classification from their phone in about 30 seconds.
